OlderMark Salling Reaches Higher Power
Glee stud Mark Salling heads home after partying at SHG’s MyStudio nightclub on Tuesday night (August 10) in Hollywood.
Yesterday, the Texas-born actor released his first single “Higher Power” from his much-anticipated forthcoming album on Ryan Seacrest‘s KIIS-FM radio show.
Mark tweeted shortly after, “Yes, ‘Higher Power‘ is a loose tribute to “I Will Survive,” duh. The rest of the album is not, so calm down. ;) Love y’all! Thanks so much everyone for your support.”

This is a direct rip off of ROBBIE WILLIAMS “Supreme” from his Sing When You’re Winning album in ’06. A blatant copy! Robbie’s was also shades of I Will Survive.
I like it.
I do like the song..but I’m listening to Robbie Williams Supreme. I can see it Robbie’s song compared to I Will Survive, considering it samples parts of it.
But yeah, the lyrical content does sound pretty much about the same subject matter exactly. But kudos to him writing his own stuff. I’ve been victim of writing a song and them someone saying, “oh hey! That sounds EXACTLY like….”
There’s only so many chord combos.

To much overdubbing. Song sucks. He’s cute though.
robbie williams did it better with Love Supreme. That was also a nod to I Will Survive. This guy’s song is straight up Robbie though, and something tells me whoever put the demo together for him to stick his voice on probably forgot to tell him their song was straight jacked from someone else.
