Alanis Morissette shows off her baby bump as she heads into the gym on Tuesday (August 17) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 36-year-old singer and her husband, rapper Mario Treadway, aka Souleye, announced last week that they are expecting a baby!
Alanis appeared on Monday night’s season premiere of Weeds, which debuted to record numbers with the show’s best night ever in viewers! Last week, Alanis made an appearance on Chelsea Handler‘s talk show Chelsea Lately to discuss her acting chops.

Well it is a little ironic that in 2008 she said:
“We run our tour buses on bio diesel, recycle, use solar panels, I drive a hybrid car, I paid for my CD covers to be made of eco-friendly materials when they weren’t doing it. They wouldn’t pay, so I paid for it myself at the beginning.”
But now she appears to drive a huge BMW SUV. Oh well, I guess I would trade in my Scion for an X5 any day so to each their own.
I guess she must have stopped taking her jagged little pill lol
