Jay-Z & U2 Team Up for Australia Tour Dates

Jay-Z and U2 are teaming up for new tour dates!

The hip-hop star will act as a “special guest” on the upcoming U2 360 tour, which will bring shows down to Australia in November, Billboard reports.

The tour marks Live Nation Australia’s first assignment. What a way to kick things off!

Tickets (on sale September 3) start at $39.90 and go up to over $100 a seat. Subscribers of U2.com can grab tickets before they’re available to the public!

    As an Aussie, i have to say, American artists flood our radios, and therefore they’re music is huge here, just as they are in the States. So it is really nice to get the artists to come to our land and perform for their fans, since we are never given the opportunity to go see them every other weekend like you guys.
    And like @Ricky said, maybe they like our venues, because we do have some pretty fantastic venues down here. And Australia is a beautiful country, so why wouldn’t people, even artists, want to come visit :)

    american music is huge everywhere. ahahahahahaa that’s why artist all over the world want to be known here. a crapppy artist here can leave the country and be a god elsewhere.

    c’mon guys, where is the charity concert for Pakistan? People are dying like flies there, over two milion are homeless or seriously affected by the flood. No??? Not fashionable enough??? Can’t get enough publicity for a moslem country???
