Grey’s Anatomy hunk Jesse Williams heats up the red carpet at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 12) in Los Angeles.

The season premiere of Grey’s kicks off on Thursday (Sept. 23) on ABC!

Chelsea Handler will be hosting the VMAs tonight, airing @ 9PM (Live ET/Tape Delayed PT). Performers include Rihanna, Eminem, Usher, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Drake, B.o.B, and Florence + The Machine.
