Gwen Stefani: L.A.M.B. Fashion Week Show!

Gwen Stefani walks the runway with her adorable son Kingston at her L.A.M.B. Spring 2011 fashion show during NY Fashion Week at Lincoln Center’s The Theater on Thursday (September 16).

“It’s all about what I want to wear really,” the 40-year-old fashion designer said about her new collection. WWD says that “the lineup was pure Gwen and retail-ready, if not necessarily revolutionary.”

Backstage, Kingston wanted to dance, so one the show’s assistants danced with him. Ha, so cute!

After the show, Gwen took a dress right off the runway and wore it to the after-party!

I wouldn’t let her pay me to wear those ugly clothes…gross

she took fabulous African textiles and tried to Harijuku it. WTF? The prints are already bold and loud. she should have made the patterns more simple.I like where her head is at. back in the 80′s using African textiles for fashion and home decor was big….

Ideas are all from Vivienne Westwood

I like Gwen Stefani but Yinka Shonibare should smack her for doing this with that fabric.

Who wants to buy THIS?!

Don’t like this.

CALM DOWN people!!! …this is just showcasing one outfit that im sure alot of people wouldnt wear …but if you watch the whole show on youtube and this clip you will quickly realize what an awesome/wearable collection it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMdXalQR9uc

pffft….please. Nothing has changed in these collections. Common! The tie dye, the diaper front pleat thing, the butt flap, the fabric pattern take on ‘plaid’? Goodness her kids were even dressed in plaid. Whatev…bored. She should stick to shoes.

I lOVE LOVE LOVE the mini ruffled dress. I htink it is a great take on a classic cultural fabric. I think it is very catchy. You have to be as hot as her to wear it probably or have a great look as she does. I can see see this on your everyday woman maybe toned down a bit. But I love the mini dress on her. She always thinks outside the box.
