Kellan Lutz signs autographs for fans as he supports the charity America’s Promise Alliance on Tuesday (September 21) in Washington, D.C.

The 25-year-old Twilight hunk was in the nation’s capital to help announce the 2010 list of 100 Best Communities for Young People, which was presented by ING. America’s Promise Alliance is an organization dedicated to helping local youth graduate from high school.
