True Blood: 'Sesame Street' Spoof!

HBO’s hit vampire series True Blood just got the Sesame Street treatment!

THR brings us the “puppet-filled parody that draws straight from the diner scene that opened the show in the series premiere.”

The 41st season of Sesame Street premieres this Monday (September 27). Expect appearances from The Closer actress Kyra Sedgwick and former American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi. Oprah even lends her voice for a parody of her new OWN Network!

@Sarah: Funny – I did think Eric sounded like Kermit myself. A bored Kermit. Unless he is screaming. He’s all one or the other. At least he doesn’t try to sound southern. That would be a disaster.

Not funny at all – I don’t see how this would be entertaining to either kids or adults. I am a diehard True Blood and Sesame Street fan by the way.
