OlderAshley Olsen: McQueen Boutique with Mary-Kate!
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen keep close as they leave the Alexander McQueen boutique in New York City’s Meatpacking District on Friday (September 24).
The 24-year-old fashionistas recently sold their five-bedroom, 4.5-bath penthouse in the city’s West Village, HousingWatch reports.
Back in 2005, M-K and Ashley bought the penthouse for $7.3 million when they moved to NYC to go to college.
The property was sold for $7.7 million to real estate mogul Ian Bruce Eichner.

what exactly do they do for a living?
They co-founded luxury fashion brand The Row and Elizabeth and James. That makes them fashion designers and entrepreneurs.
John Galliano is a designer. Miuccia Prada is a designer. Marc Jacobs is a designer. These two twits are NOT designers. To call them that woud be a diss to real artists. They are a marketing machine and a good one at that … bravo for them, but I repeat, they are NOT designers. Get that, luxegirl?

I think they’re pretty legit. Sure, their brands are becoming more well-known, but they don’t attach their names to it, because they want their products to speak for themselves. The Row is a success, so is Elizabeth and James. There are many fighting to get a piece of their clothing, even celebrities. That whole blazer/boyfriend trend was started by them. Just look at the current trends out there, and for sure, the Olsens had something to do with them.

They are not designers. They have no talent and their greedy father used them for profit. THEY BENEFIT NO ONE BUT THEMSELVES.
One of them wanted IMMUNITY because SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT DOCTOR AND PHARMACIST SHE OBTAINED THE LETHAL DOSE FROM. Other people will die from this crooked doctor and pharmacist because the Heath Ledger case was closed and Mary Kate was not further questioned and let’s not forget the MASSEUSE who took the OXYCONTIN and VICODIN bottles and then placed them in her bag before the EMT’s arrived.

@yeah right!: Are you kidding me? They are definitely legit. They are not Lauren Conrad or Jessica Simpson. They know fashion and are always ahead of the game. Not to mention their brands are critically acclaimed and The Row is renowned its realism. Well respected celebrities such as Carey Mulligan are always seem in their designs.
