Chris Pine holds up a pie while shooting scenes with Reese Witherspoon for their upcoming McG-directed comedy This Means War in Vancouver, Canada on Monday (September 27).
Pic tells the story of two best friends, inseparable since childhood, who fall in love with the same woman (Witherspoon). The two men’s bond disintegrates and their ensuing battle escalates to mammoth proportions, with New York City demolished in their wake. (Tom Hardy plays the other best friend.)

I’m still not buying the Chris Pine fights Tom Hardy for Reese Withespoon thing. This is going to take some stellar acting, IMO, to be convincing.

Random Star Trek connection – Chris Pine (James Kirk) and Tom Hardy (Shinzon) together on screen. I hope other Star Trek actors appear in This Means War as well. I wasn’t interested in this until they announced that it would be these two in the film and now I am really looking forward to it. I hope it is a huge critical and commercial success.
Coincidently, in the forthcoming film, How Do You Know, Paul Rudd and Owen Wilson fight over Reese Witherspoon.
Reese is so bland. So Middle America. Hope she is a freak in real life. lol.

I’m just not buying men destroying NYC over Reese. I can’t see someone even tipping over the coffee table and spilling beer and chips over Reese. She’s so overrated.

I could believe 2 men fighting to get away from Reese. But fighting to be with her? That’s pretty unbelievable. Are they going to hand people a joint at the movie theater so that they can get stoned enough to maybe believe that premise and buy a ticket to see it?

Two very hot guys fighting over avgerage looking reese? Bad casting for the lead actress and as much as I hate plastic megan fox, think she would have been better suited to this role than reese.
