Alicia Keys shows off her growing belly at Keep A Child Alive’s Black Ball held at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Thursday (September 30) in New York City.
Alicia‘s hubby, producer Swizz Beatz, affectionately rubbed her baby bump on the red carpet. So did Usher!
Alicia, 29, is the co-founder and global ambassador for Keep A Child Alive, a program that provides care and support for families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India.
FYI: Alicia wore a grey lace strapless gown with gathered detail at the waist by Dolce & Gabbana.
