Blake Lively laces up for the Spring 2011 Eyewear collection launch at the Tiffany & Co. stores on Thursday (September 30) in New York, City.
The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress wore another Elie Saab number — a wine-colored tulle knee length dress with black lace detail. (She wore another Elie dress to The Late Show David Letterman earlier this week.) Blake finished off her look with Christian Louboutin shoes.
