Maroon 5‘s Adam Levine is the latest celeb to film a video telling bullied teens that it gets better!

“People are really brutal and horrible to each other, especially in high school,” Adam said. “We’ve all been there, we’ve all experienced it and it can be really traumatizing.”

“Don’t let them win,” Adam concluded, “because it’s such a terrible energy to spread….High school is not the end of the line! I hated high school…but if you can get through it, there is a whole world out there that is just beyond people treating you badly.”
