OlderRyan Kwanten Covers 'Men's Health' November 2010
Ryan Kwanten shows off a bit of his chest through a wet Converse by John Varvatos tee on the cover of Men’s Health magazine’s November 2010 issue.
The 33-year-old Aussie actor dished on his workout regimen and his new appreciation for yoga!
“I’m not one of those actors who gets physically fit for a role and then loses it all again,” Ryan shared. “I’m very rarely in the gym. My workouts are predominately outside, in nature.”
Ryan also shared that he’s learned to love vinyasa flow yoga classes. “I used to laugh at anyone suggesting it. But over time, you learn how to spend an hour not worrying about what anyone else is thinking. For guys especially, that’s a good thing.”

Rent the movie Flicka. Has a couple shirtless scenes. He doesn’t look anything like he does on Trueblood or in magazines. What the makeup artists do is they use spray tan and make-up to enhance his abs and muscles. In mags they photoshop. He is not that ripped. Rent the movie and go to the scene where he is jumping in the river.
