I hate how you so called haters keep comparing her to Jolie. They are two very different actresses. Jolie takes more action-packed roles whilst Aniston takes more chick flick roles. This is a big step for Aniston. I’m no woman but she is a great role model for single women out there. She’s strong and such a sweetheart. Leave her alone. She’s just doing her job.
Of course, I am a big fan of FRIENDS so I’m a very loyal fan to the cast.
she’s at least trying to shake it up a bit, get rid of that girl next door persona with racier roles, do a dark indie instead of the formulaic romcoms. her people read these threads (heck, she probably reads them) and take notes on the criticisms. it’s true that actresses her age usually don’t go the naked, raunchy route. that’s usually the twenty-thirty somethings trying to establish a name, but her career is going no where fast now that the sympathy level is waning, so she has no choice and doesn’t want to return to tv. she doesn’t need the money, so it’s all about the fame, which she seems addicted to (as i’m sure most celebrities are).
I really did love her in friends and to be honest I have no problem with her now. She often acts in the same type of movies but so do a lot of actors (matthew mccougnahey, Kate Hudson, Angelina jolie, Hilary duff) and the list goes on and on. I do agree that she picks really lame movies to be in, but the fact of the matter is she makes so much money from the movies that she could care less if they flop or not.
Also I love that people hate jen cause she comes off as a serial dater now but man the love of her life left her for a scary nuts hoe so leave her alone. It’s not easy finding love again when you didn’t expect to ever have to again. It’s sad, she’s the victim not the enemy. Why does no one see that Angelina was the ***** who banged and stole jens husband while she was still married to him! Sigh whatever it’s irrelevant now but my point is, love jen or hate her but as long as film companies keep over her big fat cheques she’s gonna keep doing lame movies.

Marley & Me was not MANiston’s movie. Hello! Look at the title. Without Owen & the dog, especially the dog the movie wouldn’t have hit #1. Plus the book was on the best seller list. You don’t actually believe God Almighty was Jen’s movie, do you? You don’t really believe The Break Up is Jen’s movie, do you? How about Alone Comes Polly? Without Ben, Jim, Vince, Owen, and the dog, those movies wouldn’t have been a hit. MANiston was just played a supporting role in those movies.
Look at Mismanagement, Love Happens, & Switch. These movies didn’t have great casts to support her. Therefore, these movies tanked. Horrible Bosses & the new Adam Sandler movies will probably do well. Not because Jen hag. Is because the supporting casts like Adam, Nicole, Kevin Spacy, Jamie Foxx, Colin F., and…..
However, BB was Brad’s movie. IB was Brad’s movie. Brad was the A list actor in both movies. Fincher has worked with Brad how long and QT has Brad in mind to play one of the characters in IB.
