Maria Sharapova takes a walk while out running errands with her fiance, Los Angeles Lakers basketball player Sasha Vujacic, on Saturday (October 23) in Venice, Calif.
The 23-year-old newly engaged tennis star showed off her huge rock while out and about – nice job, Sasha!!
Sasha popped the question earlier this week – on the couple’s one year anniversary! – at his home in Manhattan Beach, Calif. “The answer was yes, so I think she liked [the proposal,” Sasha said.

what the hell are u talking about?!? She has won 3 major titles, over 20 tournaments, has been ranked #1 in the world for long streches of time and if not for an injured shoulder wouldve won more. And trust me I think she wins at least 3 more majors before she retires. Maybe u should do your research before u open your trap.
Give her a break any natural blonde that dyes their hair in between jobs is going to have dark roots. if anything proposing after a year is slow for most in hollywood these days or in general. nor is a star having a big engagement ring anything new Liz Taylor’s when she married Richard Burton the first time was 22kts set in white gold not platinum as most celebrity engagement rings are now a days. granted Liz had been a star in movies since the age of 11 and Burton was her 5th & 6th husband of 8 marriages. right her first four husbands were Nicky Hilton, Michael Wilding with whom she had two sons Michael Todd with whom she had a daughter and Eddie Fisher
this is my first time hearing about this couple…makes me think about Sasha’s relationship with Katie Cassidy….she said their relationship ended badly! they broke up sometime around this time last year so i’m thinking he cheated on her with this chick??? maybe, maybe not

There were no grand statements of intent from Australian Open 2008 champion Maria Sharapova who, based on today’s comments, just seems happy to be back on court.
“I didn’t know if I would ever be back,” Sharapova said of the shoulder, elbow and foot injuries that have hampered her since mid-2008. “That was a challenge in itself, just to try to get myself back to playing the sport again.”
