The 37-year-old actor will heat up the block while playing a neighbor of Cam (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson), who’s prone to taking off his shirt, according to TV Guide.
“Looky who’s here playing with us today!!!!! Great guy. Great actor!” Eric tweeted along with a photo of James.
