OlderSebastian Stan & Takeru Kobayashi Are VMAN Men
Check out Sebastian Stan and competitive eater Takeru Kobayashi in VMAN Magazine‘s Winter Issue, on newsstands November 11.
Sebastian, 27, who previously appeared on Gossip Girl, can next be seen as James Bucky Barnes in Captain America: The First Avenger.
“I didn’t really grow up on comic books. I don’t think there were many around in communist Romania when I was a kid,” he says with a laugh. “I had a lot of catch-up reading to do when this part came along.”
Meanwhile, speed eater Takeru revealed how he prepares for an eating competition (the 32-year-old broke records and won Nathan’s Coney Island hot dog-eating contest in 2011 by scarfing down 50 dogs in 12 minutes).
“This is a sport. This is a competition. I train. I train with water,” he says about trying to drink three gallons in one sitting.

Kobayashi can’t win at anything anymore — lost to Joey last four times, couldn’t finish a small pizza, acts like a total baby at coney island. I hope his fashion career takes off because he is an eating has-been.
