OlderNew Kids on the Block & Backstreet Boys: Tour Announced!
New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys are teaming up for a joint tour, called NKOTBSB!
The two bands will perform beginning in the summer of 2011 – and tickets go on sale later this month on Ticketmaster!
It was also announced today that both groups will hit the stage together on the 2010 American Music Awards on ABC on Sunday, November 21.
“New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys on one stage is something special. Moments like these are what the AMAs are all about,” AMA producer Larry Klein said.

Eh. I loved BSB when I was in middle school, and if they did a tour where they only sang their old stuff, I’d go in a second. But I don’t like their new stuff and I never was into New Kids on the Block, so I doubt I’ll be going. But I wish them the best.
I’ve been a BSB fan for like 15 years and I used to listen to some NKOTB stuff as a kid so this is awesome! As long as they take the tour to Europe like they said they wanted to do on Ryan Seacrests show.

I’ve been a BSB fan since I’ve been able to talk. I went to my first BSB concert when I was 2, and I haven’t missed a tour! I wasn’t born when NKOTB was popular, but I did go to a few shows on the Full Service tour. I am very excited about this tour. I’m sure that I’ll be the only 14 year old that is singing along to all of to the words to every song though. :) Haha
I can remember when girls used to go nuts over New Kids on the Block, I even remember watching the cartoon, crazy. Good for them though. The BSB, meh, I always likes NSYNC better, (can’t believe I’ve even admitting this :))
