Disney's 'Winnie the Pooh' Trailer Released!

The trailer for Disney’s upcoming animated flick based on the beloved Winnie the Pooh is here!

In the first big-screen Pooh adventure in the past 35 years, the whole gang returns to the Hundred Acre Wood to go on a quest to save Christopher Robin from an imaginary culprit.

Tony Award-winning composer Bobby Lopez (Avenue Q) wrote seven new songs for the film, which features the voice of late night talk show host Craig Ferguson.

Winnie the Pooh hits theaters on July 15, 2011!

@Laki:
I agree. I was afraid that’s going to be something like the new Smurfs or this new Winnie the Pooh version from Disney Channel (which is horrible, my nephews don’t want to watch it) so I’m glad they’re going back to basics. Ok, to be honest I’m happy like I was a little girl again.

Wow. This was posted on Perez like 3-4 days ago. Instead of overly posting on a bunch of nobodies going shopping and leaving/entering hotels/airports you might manage to stay up to par with your competitors.

But anyway, I love Mr. Edward Bear! Glad to see them going back to old-school Disney with Pooh.

@josephine: I agree with you. I’m glad they left the original format intact! And I will definitely be buying the DVD for my nephew–he is too young to go to the movies.

aww, so precious <3

Pooh’s pregnant? Congratulations Pooh! You and Piglet must be so excited.
