Hilary Duff goes shopping at Fred Segal on Friday (December 3) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 23-year-old singer and actress (in a C&C California Bold Tank Top in White) headed back to her car after picking up a bag of items.
The day before, Hil visited a school in south central Los Angeles on behalf of the Blessings in a Backpack organization.
Earlier this week, Hilary was also busy signing copies of her book Elixir at a Borders in Glendale.

FYI, she was shopping at the Fred Segal in West Hollywood, NOT in Santa Monica. Get your facts straight. You credited the wrong shopping center. And more specifically, she shopped at Ron Herman.
