“I hate the comfort zone, let’s put it that way, I don’t think anything that’s really creative can be done without danger and risk”. ~~Julie Taymor

Hey, I’ve run follow-spot crews on some of The Flying Wallendas. So my response at this is, oh my god, big time seriously, Julie Taymor is nothing short on theatrical genius.

A lot of money and big bucks has gone into advertising this play, I just hope it works out well. There are so many Broadways plays that start out like a bang and then in a year it gets canceled. Hopefully Spider-man can “swing it” for the long haul.
