Charlize Theron meets up with pal Liv Tyler at the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project Benefit on Monday (December 6) at NYC’s The Darby Restaurant.

The 35-year-old actress rocked a Versace dress and Stella McCartney jacket. She finished off her look with Fred Leighton earrings and Versace shoes.

The Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, which launched in 2007, strives to create safer and healthier lives for at-risk children and communities in the actress’s native country South Africa.

During the event, “All the men in the room were doubling the bids on the courtside Lakers tickets if Charlize attended the game with them,” a spywitness tells JustJared.com. “She agreed to attend for $20,000.”
