The 35-year-old actress appeared with Dr. Michael Bennish, founder and executive director of Mpilonhle, to discuss the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, which promotes safety and health among impoverished children and communities in South Africa.
Charlize is deeply committed to creating safer and healthier lives for at-risk children and communities of South Africa. Her organization’s particular focus is on individuals suffering from HIV/AIDS in the areas most impacted by this deadly virus.
