Alexander Skarsgard & Stephen Moyer: Battle of the Fang Ends!

Alexander Skarsgard & Stephen Moyer: Battle of the Fang Ends!

The Battle of the Fang charity grudge match is over for True Blood stars Alexander Skarsgard and Stephen Moyer!

Team Eric and Team Bill raised nearly $70,000 for GulfAid and SOS Children’s Villages.

Because Team Bill won – by $829! – Stephen chose shirts for him to wear with Alex. Stephen‘s reads “I Like My B—-es Blonde” and Alex‘s reads “Bill’s B—-”.

Congrats to Team Bill – and a job well done for both teams!

    @Laki:
    There was only one winner announced after the contest ended – in September. At times Stephen was ahead, at times Alex was ahead, but they never announced Alex as the winner. And actually, on the show, Eric is the one who was called a whiney ***** (by Nan).

    Both actors are great sports, both characters are interesting to watch. Let’s be nice.

    @Terry
    I agree we should all be nice, this was a very cool thing for both of them to do. Having said that, Bill is the 2nd most whiney thing on True Blood (next to Sookie) and Nan’s comment would have been funny if it where true, but Eric has been a lot of things, whiney has never been one of them.

    Irena Says:

    okay let’s not turn this into Bill vs Eric thread after all the effort put by the actors to raise money for the cause.

    @Terry: Unfortunately I forsee that once school gets out the tide – or school bus in this case – will bring in the immature posters.

    The Vampire Dairies & True Blood cast/crew should do something together next year. It could be hilarious & raise some major $$! Maybe for example something on behalf of the American Red Cross to raise awareness and increase volunteerism for blood/platelet donation. Or marrow/organ donations.

    I really do get a chuckle when performers do something fun/charitable like this fund raiser. Hopefully they will get more press about it tomorrow on the morning shows & the late night shows like Conan. Then more would follow suit. Are you listening up Ian and Nathan?!
