Jennifer Lopez steps out in a Versace mini dress with sexy cut-outs as she heads to judge American Idol‘s Hollywood Week on Tuesday (December 7) in Los Angeles.
The 41-year-old entertainer joins Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson on the judging panel for the show’s tenth season.
Idol is making changes to the show’s format this year – contestants will make music videos and the top 24 round is gone – successful singers in the Hollywood round will go directly to the top 12!

This sloppy, aging, has-been can’t get a commercial made in Hollywood and was denied a reality show on TLC because no one wanted to see her. Yet they gladly gave Palin a show. The irony of a no-talented hack like J-LOW judging a talent show is laughable.
