OlderRiley Keough: Snow White for Universal Pic?
Riley Keough is reportedly on Universal’s shortlist to play the lead in the upcoming film Snow White and the Huntsman.
The 21-year-old actress and model is one of four actresses the studio is considering for the role of Snow White, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Rounding out the shortlist (clockwise): The Tempest‘s Felicity Jones, Swedish actress Alicia Vikander, and Australian actress Bella Heathcote.
Sources add that tests will determine if Universal may want to reach out to a bigger name.

How about a modern day adaptation of the story… using a diverse cast which won’t limit Snow White to being a caucasian actress. How about making Snow White Asian, Black or Hispanic. Just saying…

I always envisioned some one very fair playing snow white, like Kristen Kruek did in 2001.

Felicity Jones or Bella Heathcote! Not Riley. The Swedish girl isn’t pretty which I think Snow White should be.
Kristen actually looks a lot like snow white. It’s a matter of if SHE wants to portray the character. Anyways, people are always complaining that she plays the same person in every movie. Snow white will be a huge departure from Bella Swan.
