Reese Witherspoon’s terrible movie is a big FLOP.

Good, that phony b!tch can’t act and is so annoying.

# 2

Where’s The Tourist? hahahahahaha
FLOP!!!

# 3

So far “The Tourist” made $30.8M

# 4

Buy Disney stock by the barrel?

# 5

tron tanked…

$170 million+$100 million marketing=$270 million budget

it only took $23 million internationally(which is a huge flop) and US market is $43,6…

Friday opening for “Avatar” — $26.7 million
Friday opening for “Watchmen” — $24.5 million
Friday opening for “Clash of the Titans” — $26.1 million
Friday opening for “Alice in Wonderland” — $40.8 million
Friday opening for “Iron Man 2″ — $51.2 million
Friday opening for “Inception” — $21.8 million
Friday opening for “Shrek Forever After” — $20.8 million
Friday opening for “Despicable Me” — $21.3 million
Friday opening for “Tangled” — $19.5 million

Friday opening for “Tron: Legacy” — $18 million (estimated)

it could not even top Despicable Me and Tangled…

I think the fighter should have made it to the top 3

# 7

Wow and people were laughing at The Tourist’s numbers. How Do You Know did worse. For Black Swan, an independent film that has been on limited release for a few weeks to make more money…that’s embarrassing.

@lily:

not good..i watched it yesterday, don’t even spend your money on it..watch Black Swan..

http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/10011582-TRON_legacy/ you can read synopsis here

Kaaaz u here? glad u here

gonna watch Tron, love olivia

“Despicable Me” and “Tangled” were much ballyhooed and targeted to a pretty much captive market.

“Tron Legacy” is in newer territory, albeit in a much more competitive market. And, there are increasing reports of smoldering sexy Disney star stories percolating, (e.g. Cyrus, Lovato, et. al.). Disney is gathering lots of luster. Doesn’t that signal buy Disney?

Tourist Fading Fast @ 12/19/2010 at 2:53 pm

@Kate:

Yes, since LST WEEK. That’s not a Hit. 43Mil, 30Mil Opening is a hit, not a week later at 30mil. Hey, those are usually Jen’s numbers LOL

A Flop is a Flop, get real JP Fans . & better run to see it if you haven’t, it won’t be out much longer. As i read after this panned, she hasn’t really had a block buster since Mr & Mrs and it said, we all know why people ran to see that! end of story. But she IS beautiful!! lol & loaded and filling the passports every week, so don’t worry, she’s happy.

Macchiato @ 12/19/2010 at 2:54 pm

woaaah How Do You Know 7.5 mil it had a 120 million $ budget thats REALLY not good !

@BOMB!:

Headed to DVD Land, Soon, very soon. Not even Depp and Jolie could save it. Come on, the whole movie was her posing! No action, or anything! people walking out were saying ‘what a waste of $”. Agreed, I was one of them. but if you like staring at her and I would assume many on here do, then you will love this movie.

5th place yikes @ 12/19/2010 at 2:58 pm

Damn the Tourist only made 8.7 Million this wkend? OMG! And the crazies are still saying this isn’t a bomb? Are you KIDDING?
Wow, you ‘ll be able to buy it real soon! lmao. And they laugh at Anistons flops, Karma, Karma indeed. Bounty Hunter was better!
Angie hasn’t opened anything big either, so there!

I read Olivia Wilde’s tweets daily, if only to help inform my world view. This is frontier.

we do know @ 12/19/2010 at 3:09 pm

@Macchiato: Only brainless idiots could spend 120 million $ for a movie with Reese Witherspoon.
LOL
Didn’t they watch that piece of sh!t called “Four Christmases”?
Witherspoon’s comic acting consists of making retarded faces.

“the tourist” sucks.. so sorry. But i still love johnny depp! :D

@lily: amazing design, nice score but bad /idiot story, awful dialogue and OK acting .
It ‘s a 2 hours musical video

tron legacy – yogi – how do you know – Chronicles – the tourist = BOMB
Aniston is a D list : love happen, the switch, management, bounty hunter = BOMB
where’s Aniston ? hahahaha
FLOP !

nakedoldjennifer @ 12/19/2010 at 3:23 pm

Reese’ movie is a Huge FLOP!! a one note actress
Water for Elephants will make money because of Rob P. she looks like his mother

Tron flopped! 43.6mil for a much hyped film??? And 23million worldwide???? That’s megaflop! Narnia earned about 24mil opening weekend in the USA, but it earned about 70million worldwide!!! I can NOT believe even Narnia made a lot more money globally!!! Even the shitt*est superhero movie of all time (Watchmen) did waaaaaaaayy better&with no 3D buster!!!!
