Jesse Metcalfe goes shirtless while holding hands with his girlfriend, actress Cara Santana, while vacationing at Casa Dorada in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The 32-year-old actor (NBC’s Chase and formerly ABC’s Desperate Housewives) soaked in the sun at the beautiful resort located in the heart of Medano Beach.
Chase, which is a police drama, will return with a new episode @ 9PM ET/PT on NBC on Wednesday (January 12).

Can someone please tell me whatever happened to Jesse Metcalfe PR wise. He went from this lovable character on Passions to this douche that no body wants to hire. Playing a boy toy on DH didn’t help as well. He could’ve been a big leading star, but somehow he lost his way.
