OlderReese Witherspoon: Engaged to Jim Toth!
Reese Witherspoon is set to marry boyfriend Jim Toth, her rep confirms to JustJared.com.
“They are extremely happy,” her rep told Us Weekly.
The actress, 34, and Jim, 40, an agent at Hollywood talent agency CAA, began dating at the beginning of the year and went public with their relationship during a romantic weekend in Ojai, Calif.
“Reese is definitely happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down,” says a pal.
FYI: Reese has two children, Ava, 11 and Deacon, 7, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.

Everyone says her daughter, Ava, looks a lot like her and she does. However, I think Ava is gorgeous and so much prettier than Reese. Hopfully, Ava is a future actress!

I’m glad Reese has found someone to love again. Obviously Jake didn’t do it for her or she would have married him.
I thought she was blabbering recently about how she didn’t want to get married…whatever…I think he’s going to hit this marriage like a NY minute. He’ll do the same crap her ex hubbie did so she might as well get back with Ryan, at least he’s the father of her children.
