Reese Witherspoon sports a cozy scarf as she heads into CAA in Century City on Thursday (January 6).
The 34-year-old Walk the Line actress is engaged to CAA agent Jim Toth.
On Wednesday night, Reese headed out with Jim for a double date with Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren. The two power couples stopped by Red O restaurant – the Mexican restaurant by celebrity chef Rick Bayless.

I used to work at CAA and one of my favorite HR people got FIRED because she was dating/******** a sports agent…BUT THE CLIENTS CAN DO IT? Totally wrong.

I have lost ALOT of respect for Reese. Where are her and Ryan’s kids? Yes I said RYAN. I agree, CAA employees should not be allowed to date any clients. Imagine the break up mess this will cause? Toth is looking for younger talent to line his pockets since Reese has hit the downslope. WOW!
And WTF is up with the scarves lately? and that left hand is sure out there now. Notice how Toth always holds her right hand? For a person who hates the paps and likes her so called privacy, she is sure out there showing off. Too bad!
