Carey Mulligan accepts the Breakthrough Performance Award from her Never Let Me Go co-star Andrew Garfield onstage during the 2010 Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala at the Palm Springs Convention Center on Saturday (January 8) in Palm Springs, Calif.
The 25-year-old British actress wore a gorgeous Prada ametista jacquard lurex dress and black leather be3lt. She accessorized with an Amethyst & Diamond Ring by Dana Rebecca Designs.
FYI: Andrew and Social Network co-star Jesse Eisenberg suited up in Dolce&Gabbana. The duo and their co-stars received the Ensemble Performance Award.

eeeekkk… I read at a film site their advice to Andrew Garfield: Lay low a bit kid; and now I understand why…he’s all over the place&he seems to thoroughly enjoy the spotlight..hopefully he’ll lay low soon, I don’t want him to be a victim of oversaturation :/ And no, please, Andrew is in a relationship with his lovely gf Shannon for years, they are great together! :)

I love it when Carey smiles cos shes so beautiful with it. With the style that she has it usually ages her but with a simple smile it makes her look youthful again. Smae with Michelle Williams as they both have the same sort of style.
Andrew is just wonderful. The way he looks in clothes, his smile and his hair. Carey is great, too. I love the chemistry and respect between them.
