Ben Affleck and James Franco suit up for the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala held at the Palm Springs Convention Center on Saturday (January 8) in Palm Springs, Calif.
James, 32, walked the red carpet with his 127 Hours director Danny Boyle, who picked up the Sonny Bono Visionary Award at the show.
Ben picked up the Chairman’s Award for high standards for artistic achievement. “They told me it was the Chairman’s Award, so the first thing I did was grow a chairman’s beard,” Ben joked.
