Andrew Garfield - Golden Globes 2011 Red Carpet

Andrew Garfield brings a dapper touch to the red carpet for the 2011 Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 16) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 27-year-old Social Network actor, who chatted with Helena Bonham Carter on the red carpet, wore a custom designed Emporio Armani one-button tuxedo with grosgrain peak lapels. The look was completed with a classic evening shirt and a black neck tie.

Andrew is nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role for his work in The Social Network.

FYI: Andrew is also wearing a Cartier catch and cufflinks.

I miss the days when leading men were handsome.
Now we’re stuck with homely ones such as andrew garfield, shia labeouf, zac effron etc
funny that they are all jewish as well, go figure.

What are you talking about L? What does their being Jewish have to do with anything?

First off Zac Efron is pretty good looking, and I think Andrew Garfield is beautiful. Second of all, Kirk Douglas and Tony Curtis were very good looking mega-stars back in their day, and they were both Jewish. Logan Lerman is the most beautiful boy I’ve ever seen, and he’s 100% Jewish.

So I don’t really see what the Jewish thing has to do with it. Do you prefer non-Jewish actors like Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly, Owen Wilson, Kevin James, Vince Vaughn, etc. because they’re so handsome?

Hollywood has always been jewish and I don’t care about looks but they do let more less talented jews in lately. If the people highest up in an industry are jewish, your odds of getting a part are better if you’re jewish as well. These jews that dominate Hollywood are generally more on par with a jewish pornographers than religious jews or working jews you meet in your everyday life. It’s not the end all be all but a lot of Hollywood jews have the right connections, are born into it, ect. whereas the older actors both jewish and non-jewish could act and earned their fame. I’m sure it didn’t hurt Ben Stiller or Michael Douglas to have a successful parent in the industry but I only consider one to be great and talented actor.
