Ellen Pompeo picks up fresh flowers to take home on Sunday (January 23) in Los Angeles.

The 41-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress will film an upcoming episode of the show in real time, it was announced earlier this month! Meredith will look after a patient who’s undergone severe trauma in what’s called the “golden hour,” or the first hour after the damage is done.

Earlier this month, Ellen was spotted stepping out to pick up a smoothie at Nature Mart in Los Feliz.
