Mia Wasikowska: Starring in Wentworth Miller's 'Stoker'?

Mia Wasikowska is in talks to star in the upcoming film Stoker, Deadline reports.

The thriller was written by Prison Break star Wentworth Miller, who used the pseudonym Ted Foulke.

Synopsis: An eccentric teen’s enigmatic and estranged uncle returns to the family after the death of the girl’s father and strange things begin to happen.

Carey Mulligan was reportedly attached to the project but Mia has taken over the lead role, with shooting scheduled to start this spring.

It’s not come to light why Carey Mulligan and Jodie Foster are not in it, but the legend that is Park Chan-wook is directing and that can only be a wonderful thing and the film was Black listed so after alll this hype, I am anticipating. Mia Wasikowska seems like a decent actress, I wonder who will get the other main roles though?
