Hilary Duff is picture perfect as she signs copies of her first book, Elixir, at the Hotel Costes on Thursday (February 3) in Paris, France.
The 23-year-old actress and author arrived in Paris the day before and recently dropped by NRJ studios to chat about Elixir.
“French paps! Lol. They are actually very friendly here,” Hil tweeted earlier today.
