The 24-year-old actress met up with rapper Kanye West and famed shoe designer Giuseppe Zanotti inside the party.
Linds may be in some legal trouble yet again. TMZ reports she’ll be charged with felony grand theft after a jeweler accused her of stealing a $2,500 necklace.
Also in attendance: The Cape‘s Mena Suvari, who stepped out in a black strapless dress by Paule Ka.

She’s a slippery one, that’s for sure, but I get the feeling that one day this girl will bite off more than she can chew with her self-entitlement issues. Perhaps this latest necklace stealing drama will be it, but if she gets away with this it will only make her more bold and one day soon she’ll steal something worth a couple of million or do some other super serious crime and then even mommy, daddy, lawyers and her supposed ‘celebrity’ won’t be able to get her out of it. Karma will get her in the end, mark my words.

@ Brightside – nah, but I wouldn’t put it past her. She really is THAT self entitled that she probably just steals and hoards sh!t non stop because she really believes that since it’s Lindsay Lohan taking it it can’t really be “stealing”. In her head she really believes she “borrowed” that necklace and no-one would mind. I think her main problem is not so much drugs/booze (although she obviously loves to get high) as much as self-entitlement. I blame a combination of her parents, being in the limelight at an early age, and also something intrinsic in her.
Poor girl…she’s still trying hard to stay relevant,even after all the probation violations and her latest stealing accusation that can put her in jail for 3 years.But she’ll always be a criminal ex-con,an incurable drug addict and alcoholic.She’s almost being prosecuted for theft,and she still goes to a party.She’s smart,but you can see that few people feel confortable near her,only three people had courage to be seen with her…her reputation is damaged and her career is over.
She’s only appears in the media when she steals something,when gets caught drugged or drunk,or when she gets jail time.
