Well, when he was supposedly at Eden with Vanessa they both drank some Vodka, then at the luch with 5 girls (3 being employees) the girls had shots and he sipped a beer and during his phantom visit to the club with TP he had a shot of Tequila. If this type of behavior keeps up he might actually get drunk by his next birthday.

Zac was not on set for NYE today but is expected this week. I found a website that does a great job of reporting all the location filming in NYC. Only Josh Duhamel, Jon Bon Jovi and Katherine Heigl were on set today.
