Jake Gyllenhaal steps out of his car on Tuesday (February 22) as he arrives at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles.
The 30-year-old actor rocked a blue and black plaid shirt for his day out.
Jake recently reminisced about his first trip to the Oscars with the Associated Press!
“It’s like this mind-blowingly intense situation. And, yet, at the same time, oddly normal, which makes it even more strange,” Jake shared. “I remember George Clooney shaking my hand at one point as I was walking to my seat, and not believing it. And I remember so many — a sea of famous people’s faces, I remember that.”

When a woman has eyes close together people call her ugly & sometimes crosseyed —– when a man (like Jake and Jared) have it, people look past it and still call them hot.
Similarly no one has a prob with big noses on men (Prince Charles anyone?) but a female like Lea Michele get so much shiiiii-t for her nose. Even recently I just popped into the very lovely Sara Bareilles post and people were talking about her nose, wtf?
Women get shi*t on so much for their appearance but average males all over the world not only get a free pass but are considered attractive.
When a man puts on a bit of weight, no one has a problem with it (and they shouldn’t), when a woman does everyone comments on it.
Even the most physically flawless women get criticized on their appearance. What’s up with this standard?

Jake definitely rocks the just rolled out of bed/hungover look. But Jake, no more horrible fake girlfriends – especially during your interviews and appearances to promote your upcoming movie. The whole Swift pretend romance just made you look like a joke.

He looks so badly disheveled in this photo and NOT in that hot and sexy way. And can he please pull his jeans up! Low-riding jeans are sexy and Jake does have a cute butt but it’s not cute enough to sport low-riders. His jeans just sags.
I just can’t take this guy seriously since the whole Taylor Swift fiasco. BTW he looks really burned out in his pics lately like he’s burning the candle at both ends.
