I’m going. The music will be stellar, R&J is a real favorite. The tickets at my local theatre are $22 but it should be a great show. I really like Matthew Rhys too. Is Malcolm McDowell the guy from The Planet of the Apes?

Roddy McDowell is from the Planet of the Apes, Malcolm McDowell was most famously in A Clockwork Orange. I hope you have a great time. You must tell us about it!

I hate his face and he’s not a particularly impressive actor.

Actually I don’t think no.12 should be thumbs-downed. It’s a fair answer to the question and she doesn’t say he’s ugly, she says she hates his face, and she doesn’t say he can’t act, she says he’s not particularly impressive. Fair enough. Though it sounds like a great concert to me.

I think it’s cool he’s doing this and I hope he’s pretty good (I liked his Wimbledon readings last year) and it leads to more things of this type.

He does really well with voice over work.
His narration for ‘A Climb for Peace’ was beautiful, and very well done.
And as someone else mentioned, his work for Wimbledon was wonderful.
    He has a gorgeous voice!
I can’t wait to see this!

    He was wonderful!
He was so full of energy and exhuberance in the balcony scene, just as a love-struck youth should be.
And he broke your heart in the ‘death’ scene.
    So, so good.
I would love to see him do more Shakespeare!
