Lindsay Lohan: Headed Back to Jail?

Earlier this week, the 24-year-old actress made a court appearance in L.A. for her felony theft case, where the judge told Linds he would only accept a plea bargain if she goes to jail.

“I treat everybody the same,” Judge Keith Schwartz said, People reports. “I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan vs. John Doe or Jane Doe. That doesn’t affect me.”

Lindsay has been charged with stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store.
