OlderGwyneth Paltrow - Oscars 2011 Red Carpet
Gwyneth Paltrow sparkles at the 2011 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater on Sunday (February 27) in Los Angeles.
The 38-year-old actress, who met up with Nicole Kidman on the red carpet, rocked a Calvin Klein Collection dress and Brian Atwood‘s gold leather “Martina” pumps.
She finished off her look with earrings, a brooch, and a ring from Louis Vuitton‘s jewelry collection, L’Ame du Voyage. Her chic sleek hairdo was done by celeb hairstlylist Harry Josh.
Gwyn will be hitting the stage at the award show to perform “Coming Home” from her movie Country Strong. The song is nominated for Best Original Song!

hate the hair color and tan. she looks orange on video. she’s taking this whole country singer thing too far. other than those missteps, i like the look overall, it’s very 70′s glam.

The whole color scheme is too light. It really washes her out and makes her look much older.
If she had some contrast on her lips, she’d look much better. Didn’t she wear a white Calvin Klein dress one year with bold red lips? I remember that was a really pretty look for her.

I think the dress is pretty in an old Hollywood glam way but the fit is really off…Gwyneth would look better with a defined waist and brighter makeup.
