Marisa Tomei walks the red carpet at the 2011 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater on Sunday (February 27) in Los Angeles.
The 46-year-old actress looked stunning in a 1950 couture Charles James dress from Lily et Cie. Marisa accessorized with Van Cleef and Arpels jewelry, Jimmy Choo shoes, and a Kotur clutch!
Earlier this month, Lady Gaga shared that of all the actresses in Hollywood, she’d want Marisa to play her in a biopic!

Ugly dress
I agree, very ugly dress, not impressed with the hair either

Surprisingly Outdated.
i feel like i’m looking at a magazine picture from the eighties. the thin straps are very boring and the mermaid swoosh really detracts from the effect. she must have chosen this on her own in a fit of nostalgia because i can’t see a paid stylist encouraging this choice.
i do think the color looks beautiful against her brunette hair, however.

I absolutely love the vintage old Hollywood glamour of the dress and think it suits the Academy Awards perfectly. You rock Marisa and wore my favorite dress of the evening!!!
