Britney Spears visited Ryan Seacrest in the studio to chat about her new album on Friday (March 4).
Here is what the 29-year-old pop princess had to share with the host:
On her new album: “It’s, I think, my best work yet. I love the album, I actually listened to it on the way over here. It’s definitely something that you want to work out to. It’s definitely upbeat. Will.i.am’s on the record and I’m a dancer so it’s definitely something I can work with. It’s just really fun, it’s a really really fun record.”
On boyfriend Jason Trawick‘s body: “He’s definitely ripped. He just got on this health kick.”
On her workout routine: “I have a trainer. I’m on the treadmill for 30 minutes and we do a lot of cardio and running – he kicks my butt. You pay to hate your trainer, it’s so odd.”
Britney also shared that she will be going on tour in the early summer! Listen to the interview below…

Wow, Britney Spears won’t admit Keisha wrote the song Till the world ends. Is she ashamed? The horrid Keisha is blogging how she wrote the song and is proud of it. Britney is heavily-medicated and cannot function on her own. She can only handle simple questions in a controlled setting. Most of her Tweets are done by her management not her, despite what her lunatic fans want to believe.
She will never do a world tour because she cannot handle it mentally.
However, she is a cash cow to her management and is therefore forced to perform like a prized pony, even if she is terrible.

The problem is, coming from an observer of popular culture (not a Gaga fan–I own NO Gaga albums), Gaga is simply more talented than Britney. There’s no ifs or buts around it. It’s fact!
Say what you want about Gaga’s gimmicks, but she can SING, write her own songs, play musical instruments and is an overall better performer, fashion star and personality than Britney. She also has control of her own mind and life, which Britney does not.
Britney lacks talent, period.
Britney’s fans, however, are lunatics who still think Britney has it (circa 1999-2004). When a normal person looks at Britney, they see someone with dead eyes who’s heavily medicated. They see someone without talent, personality or motivation; someone who’s being forced to perform so her management can make money.
Right now, Britney has NOTHING going for her except a large, delusional fanbase willing to eat up everything her management uses her name to promote. She’s not sexy anymore. Heck, she’s not even good looking or charming. The medication robs her of whatever charming personality she may have had, also.
Suporting Britney is like beating a dead horse. Let it go!

You wish! You 3 Britney fans who re-post about how great she is are the problem. You can flood the boards with messages about how great she is and vote down non-positive comments all you want, but it doesn’t change the fact that people with common sense she wants going on.
So everytime she’s releasing something nowadays she’s basically claiming it’s “her best work yet”. Am I to believe it? No. She was way better before musically. And I know she’s not the best singer out there but those electro dance songs are pissing my ass off now. What is it with every artist doing it?! Even the talented ones like Xtina are doing it. Ugh. I know it’s what works now in clubs but not everybody love this kind of music. UGH
