OlderDavid Arquette Injured in Car Accident
David Arquette was taken away by ambulance after getting involved in a head-on collision on Friday (March 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 39-year-old actor was driving a silver Cadillac when the car in front of him suddenly stopped, TMZ reports.
A witness said David swerved to avoid hitting the car but ran into another vehicle going in the opposite direction.
UPDATE: David‘s rep tells JustJared.com he’s OK and getting treated.
“I got into a car accident but I’m fine. Luckily I have dragon’s blood running through my veins. Haha Thank you for all your concern,” he tweeted.

Hope he is okay! Shame on TMZ for putting those pictures up of him on the ground.
Well as inappropriate as the pics of him laying on the ground were, I certainly hope someone got a hold of Courtney Cox before the stories were put up. They do have a young daughter and it would be truly awful it she found out from friends or someone else at school that her dad was plastered all over the place due to an accident.

how about the person in the other car that arquette went straight into head on ? … no one seems to care about this other human/pedestrian i guess ? what if it was someone on a scooter or motorcycle ? he swears into the opposing lane ? people driving on that street are rude savages if you do the speed limit they will run right over you …. this would make a good documentary

He is a genuinely nice guy. I agree we should be informed as to the condition of the other driver/occupants. Just a glimpse at how far wrong has celebrity culture gone. Seems like he really misses Courtney. And that doesn’t seem like a big surprise. She is a genuinely nice girl.
