The 32-year-old actor will be performing the song next month on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (April 6) and The Ellen DeGeneres Show (April 11). The track is available today on iTunes!
Matthew debuted his single on American Idol host Ryan Seacrest‘s morning radio show on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles. “Summer Rain” will be available March 8th on iTunes and all digital partners. It is is the first track from Matthew‘s upcoming debut album, set for May 10th release.

I think Matthew is a beautiful man!! He does not look forty-five I would not have thought even thirty. His song is awesome and wonderful. Maybe you just need to be an adult to appreciate the beauty of the music and the romance of the song. Yeah he is my fantasy man!!!
Yo, Jared! Could you spend a few pennies and either call a dermatologist or Matthew’s agent and ask about the “pink elephant” that’s running along with Matthew’s legs? Now’s a chance to be a real journalist by anticipating what anyone with eyes can easily and with great concern see. Is Matthew suffering with this extremely evident condition? Do other people similarly situated owe Matthew a “thank you” for normalizing whatever that skin condition is? He obviously cares little about how he’s perceived if he’s out and about jogging with shorts, whereas long legged running garb is available if he’s bothered by such an empathy evoking condition. Those of us who admire Matthew’s professional work and wish him the best in his life would like to know that his health is under the control of qualified physicians. I don’t know how to find out what’s up, but you’d have to be an ostrich with its head in the sand (yeah, I know they don’t really do that, but you know what I’m getting at) to not be concerned about Matthew’s level of stress, at least, when such blemishes cover part of the otherwise physically fit (if not superb) body of such a popular TV star. WTF, indeed! Is Matthew okay?
I think the song is good and it has nice rhythm. Nothing is happening whit his leg is only movement and music , if yuo don’t have sense of dance yuo will not understand, beside he looks handsome and charming.
Nice song … I like the chords and the ukualele sound on the intro and throughout the tune. Also like the backup singers and o yes … the blond backup singer is HOT, HOT, HOT ! ! !
