OlderLindsay Lohan: Threatening to Sue Jewelry Store?

The 24-year-old actress then headed to Katsuya for lunch with her younger sister Ali.
Lindsay, who’s currently facing a felony grand theft charge, is reportedly preparing to sue Kamofie & Company in Venice for selling a surveillance tape showing Linds shopping in the jewelry store.
Kamofie sold the tape to the Associated Press for at least $40,000, TMZ reports.

she can’t sue them for the tape, if found innocent she may be able to sue for defamation of character
