OlderPenn Badgley: The Most Fun I Had In Awhile Was...
Penn Badgely and Blake Lively film together for Gossip Girl on Tuesday (March 8) in New York City.
The 24-year-old actor recently talked about the relationship between his character Dan and Blair (Leighton Meester). “It was actually the most fun I had had on the show in a while,” he told MTV. “It was something new for my character, and I was having fun with the rapport, and I think my dialogue benefited from it. It was actually a lot of fun to work with Leighton. I hadn’t much. We were like the only two who had never really interacted.”
“It was great. We all get along pretty impeccably, even after four years,” Penn shared. “I mean there are ups and downs, as there are in anything. It’s great. I’ve actually really enjoyed working with her.”

i always imagined what a relationship between dan and blair would be like, always secretly wanted it to happen and when the last ep. before the break aired i was like O-M-G it’s GONNA happen! i liked how they built the whole thing before the kiss. when the camera was focusing only on her i kept thinking: it’s gotta be dan! not serena and chuck, DAN! oh god, GG never fails to amaze me, after 4 seasons i’m still in love with the show. and i’m happy penn had fun, i remember him saying it got boring after 3 seasons.
and PLEASE do not hate on me, i love CHAIR (chuck/blair) but it was about time something shocking like DAIR happened

I hope Penn pulls a Sophia Bush and dates Leighton next hehe. I would get a kick out of that. They are pretty together and have awesome chemistry. Needs moar Dair so I can get some shirtless scenes out of this. :P
