Katie Holmes heads out of her apartment on Friday (March 11) in New York City.
The 32-year-old actress covered up in a Max Mara camel trench and carried a “Margaux” tote, also from Max Mara.
Adam Shankman recently chatted with Ryan Seacrest and filled him in on how Katie‘s hubby, Tom Cruise, is preparing for his starring role in the upcoming film version of the hit musical Rock of Ages!
“We have him studying with Axl Rose‘s vocal coach,” Adam said. “At the end of it, I almost collapsed into tears with relief – I was, like, ‘Oh my god, thank god he can sing!”

Well, she’s actually looked better in the last couple posts (w/the camel coat). She has to realize that when she looks terrible – even if it’s a gym or coffee run, people will comment on it.

I really doubt that Tom Cruise is now such a great singer. People think Gweneth Palthrow can sing now too. Yep, she had me crying when she performed at the Oscars.
