Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz order food to go at In-N-Out’s drive-thru on Saturday (March 12) in Hollywood.
Ashlee, 26, filed for divorce from Pete on February 8, citing irreconcilable differences. Although the two looked like they were getting along, Pete was not wearing his wedding ring.
Ashlee and Pete tied the knot in May of 2008.

I actually like his hair better natural too – the straightened emo hair looked douchey imo and he was too old for it anyway. If he just went a bit shorter, he could look good.

I don’t get it he ok to hang out with but not ok to have shared custody of their son 90% of the time I see photos of Bronx he with Pete. Ether she playing mind game with him or this was all a PR stunt to draw attention to Ashlee so called “comeback” because one minute their sending love twits to each other then out of the blue she files for divorce just days later, then their together for Valentine’s Day, next she want full custody of Bronx and say their brake up was Pete’s fault for not being their like there was not tons of photos of her partying and flying to and from LA and now their hanging out again it makes no sense. I not say they have to hate each other but something smells fishy about this whole thing.
